Erupting onto the scene, like the beginning of Jurassic Park, when they took the fucking blood from the mosquito with a dope needle…

What We’re Listening To This Week
Steve’s got these on repeat:
loving u is harder – SEB
Another IG find, SEB has been slinging well written tracks for a minute now and I’d suggest you give this artist a listen.
I Hate It Too – Hum
Been listening to Hum all week, specifically their ’95 album You’d Prefer An Astronaut, which is especially heavy, melancholic, and brutally beautiful. While other tracks like Stars and I’d Like Your Hair Long received more acclaim, I Hate it Too might be my favorite.
What A Memorable Night – Dune Rats
Everything off Real Rare Whale is just an absolutely upbeat, energetic, and hilarious ode to those late nights, cold brews, and the boys. The boys did this track some serious justice at Kung Fu Necktie on Friday, be sure to catch the SITW report later on.
Gianca’s spinning:
Wake Up Call – Maroon 5
If you don’t like Maroon 5, don’t talk to me. Wake Up Call is an absolute banger from 2007. Funky, catchy, and most definitely a hit.
Adam Levine’s vocals are stunning and emotional as he describes a cheating situation—one of my favs by M5.
In Bloom – Nirvana
Dancing in the kitchen, making pancakes, and having an absolute blast with my favorite person. This song is a core memory for me. Kurt crushes this entire track, and Dave Grohl also pounds out another sneaky banger on the drums.
Six Lines, Two Dragons, and a Messiah – $uicideboy$
Oh look, the boy$ dropped an new EP. The best, and the production on this whole EP is bananas. Masterclass from this trifecta. Listen to the whole project, front to back it’s seventeen minutes of hard trappin.
SONG OF THE WEEK
Big Shot Cream Soda – $uicideboy$
I’m a ghost, the whole globe peel off in a Phantom, driftin’
